PWWF (Punjab Workers Welfare Fund) / Talent Scholarship

We are committed to making education accessible for the children of the workforce. Under the Punjab Workers Welfare Fund (PWWF), eligible students can avail themselves of a fully funded scholarship that covers the entire cost of their education.

Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for the PWWF scholarship, the following conditions must be met:

Worker Definition: The worker must fall under the definition of "Worker" as per the Industrial Relations Act.
Industry Registration: The factory or establishment must be registered under the Factories Act, 1934 or Mines Act, 1923.
Social Security/EOBI: The worker must be a registered member of the PESSI (Social Security) or EOBI.
Service Duration: At least 3 years of cumulative service.
Employment Status: The worker must be in active service at the time of the application. (Children of deceased, disabled or retired workers are also eligible if the worker was registered at the time of death/disability/Retirement).

Scholarship Benefits

The PWWF provides a comprehensive financial package to ensure students can focus entirely on their studies:

100% Fee Coverage: Full payment of Admission Fee, Tuition Fee, Registration Fee, Examination Fee, Library Fee, and Lab Fee.
Stipend: A fixed scholarship amount is provided to the student to cover personal academic expenses (the amount varies based on the level of study).
Transport & Hostel: Coverage for transport charges and hostel charges for entitled students.

Affidavit by the Worker/Beneficiary/ on Stamp Paper of Rs. 100/- duly attested by the Oath Commissioner

Admission & Fee Guidelines

1. Admission fee must be paid at the time of admission. No seat will be reserved without payment.

2. Admission fee is non-refundable under any circumstances.

3. Students may request a change of program within one week from the commencement of classes. Requests after this period will not be entertained.

4. Admission shall remain provisional and will not be confirmed until the required factory file (where applicable) is submitted.

5. Online fee transfers are not accepted. All fees must be paid through the institute’s approved payment channels.

6. Fee can be paid in two installments:
First Installment: Payable within one week of the commencement of classes.
Second Installment: Must be cleared before the start of mid-term examinations.

7. The institute reserves the right to cancel the admission of any student who fails to meet the prescribed eligibility criteria at any stage.

8. All required documents must be submitted at the time of admission. The institute shall not be held responsible for any consequences arising due to incomplete or delayed submission of documents.
